Q. The game is suddenly crashed when trying to start a game.

A. If you have trouble with starting the game, make sure to read the following instructions:

1) Before the game starts, please turn off Trend Micro, Avast and other anti-softwares.

2) Install DirectX 9 for launching DK Online.

 

Q. Can’t log in because of restricted account error.

A. It is a kind of bug. We have confirmed that the message is popped up after the application terminated abnormally.

 After exiting the game completely, you can log in without this problem. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
